PTO Grant Requests

PTO Grant and Funding Request Form: PTO is pleased to offer funds for grants to projects that enhance the education of our Prairie View students. All Grant and Funding Requests will be discussed beginning in October (after the fiscal year’s budget is approved), and monthly thereafter until funding is depleted. PTO will evaluate projects and prioritize spending based on the following questions:

  • How many students will this purchase benefit?
  • Does this purchase directly enhance student learning?

To obtain PTO funding for a project, please fill out this form in full and submit at least two weeks prior to the PTO meeting where the project will be discussed.

Complete this form, along with any additional information you'd like considered, and submit at least two weeks prior to the PTO meeting. Please plan to attend the PTO meeting to present your request (and to be available to answer questions about the proposed project/expense). The requesting party should plan on attending the PTO meeting to present and answer questions about the proposed project and expense. If there are any questions about the request, the PTO Finance Team will contact the requesting party for clarification.
